Spring Season Practice Schedule
Practice Sessions:
Training days and times are as follows. It is Ron's intention to practice 2 days a week. We have a 3rd day assigned to the team but will only use it in the event that one of the other two days is rained out. Kathy will keep us posted on when this happens.
Monday: 8-9:15 PM @ Noonday # 11 Thursday: 6:45-8 PM @ MNP # 4 Wednesday: 8-9:15 PM @ Noonday # 11 (Back up Day in case of rain or if one of other days is cancelled for some reason )
Coach Ron Conditioning Requirements:
- All players are expected to run 2 miles in under 18 minutes and sprint 1/4 mile under 2 minutes.
Practice uniform: Black Adidas or generic brand (no logos) shorts, black socks, blue Adidas training jersey
